The main stages of quality control

  1. Input control — visual and instrumental control and raw materials coming into production.
  2. Operational control — performed on stage of casting into mould for quality control of chemical composition of casting products.
  3. Source control — performed at the final stage of production of the finished product before entering it to the warehouse for subsequent sale on the side. Provides a means of testing works on specially equipped hydraulic stands or stands to test the strength and weight load.

For chemical quality control we use optical emission spectrometer Foundry-Master (Germany), This spectrometer allows as to determine the chemical composition of finished products.
